This dude just can't get out of his own way. Good luck getting a high level job once he's fired in 3-4 years.

He means Recruiting deep down. He knows this doesn't make it easier for him. Harder if anything.True Texan said:

After he said that he want in to talk about how many of his staff over the years are head coaches. He is an absolute narcissist.
I still want to know what Schloss meant in his Monday response to TexAgs' Richard Zane when he tried to deflect his response about possibly leaving Texas A&M to coach on the 40 Acres with the answer "...that's like asking Braden Montgomery if he is going to sign in the MLB draft."rgag12 said:
Really doesn't know how to answer the easiest questions does he?

Who did he want?
I have no clue, and ask out of sincere interest.

Sounds like he is saying we hired Earley to celebrate his accomplishment.

he did say that Earley is great.
Note that in this interview Schloss pointed out that Michael Earley is the 9th or 10th head baseball coach who was at one time on Schloss' staff. Again, this narcissist has to make everything about himself as if he is the reason those ten or so coaches are where they are today as head coaches.swimmerbabe11 said:At tonight's SEC Celebration on the Texas campus, @CoachSchloss on @AggieBaseball's hiring of his former hitting coach @earleybaseball as their next head coach. #HookEm #GigEm @TxBaseballRpt

It was actually a pretty good response. I thought he came across as sincere. There's plenty more to find fault with without making it up. Move on.

What the heck does B-Mont signing a pro contract have to do with Schloss possibly leaving Texas A&M for the 40 Acres?
Some of the answers and responses Schloss has given over the years are awkward and make no sense. They probably make sense in his narcissistic head, but not in anybody else's mind.
Did he mention the fact that one of his old staff is a head coach and just beat him to win the CWS.shalackin said:

Do we reaaallly consider Earley EVER being on sip staff? Schloss sure became a sip jackass quickly.
I don't know what most people think, but if you look at his body language and facial expression in the pics we've all seen and the fact that he never updated his social media to all things sip, then I think it's safe to say that Coach Earley didn't feel like he was on their staff.Sea Pony 07 said:Muy said:

I think we consider it more of a hostage situation and rescue mission

Also during that interview he said "everything changed when Trev was hired and something like he didn't like it anymore".... wasn't he on the committee when the AD search was happening?
Welcome to every sip ever.vander54 said:SafetySam79 said:
