I'm somewhat in both camps. Obviously we are missing Grahovac, Sorrell and Josh Stewart. With them playing I think our record would be much better. And with a healthy team playing much better ball, Earley would be rolling and tweaking just a few things.
But with things going south, I think Earley is in over his head on how to right the ship. This is where experience, or lack thereof, comes into play. And this is creating a lack of confidence that is pervasive throughout the team and can be seen in their poor play.
With our old coach the team could see that he knew what he was doing and what needed to be done. And they believed in him because he had skins on the wall. So those teams continued to play with confidence that they gleaned from him.
