From the way some people are dressed it looked like it is 15 degrees... it's 47 in college station?
As someone who lived up north- 47 degrees in college station feels about like 15-20 degrees in Montana/North Dakota
This. It was 11 when I left Idaho yesterday morning and 24 when I got up in Wyoming today and I still think freshmen year at Olsen was the coldest I have ever been.
And anything up there below -15 feels the same. It all hurts. Your eyeballs hurt. Your lungs hurt. You can feel the snot in your nose freezing.
Zero to 15 feels just damn cold at first. It'll burn if you don't have anything to insulate you and that gets dangerous, you don't even realize your skin is freezing
