I'm not saying Earley's style is right or wrong. It's just different. I've played for both styles and the coach that ripped me when I needed it got my attention better. Had some teammates that would try to crawl in a hole if a coach ripped on them. Players are different and respond to different styles of coaching. The coach just need to figure out what buttons to push on each player.
totally agree. Just lots for us to learn about how Earley is going to coach. Hell, lots for HIM to learn about how he's going to coach. And every player is different. The good news is he should know the shrinking violets from the hard asses on this team. I would like to think that Jace, Gavin, Hensler could be the accountabili-buddies on this team. Schott too perhaps but he's such a goof. Then again if he snaps at you that might REALLY get your attention.

Whew! I'm glad I didn't give in earlier when it seemed doomsday was near. This game got fun!


Also- been dealing with a 5 year old who has their first loose tooth. So that's fun. She's freaking out saying she is about to be rich.
