My wife and I are thinking about going to the Vandy series in March. I've stayed at the Graduate Hotel for a law firm event, but wanted to see if anyone had any hotel recommendations and suggestions for where to sit in the stadium.

Obligatory, don't sit near the "vandy whistler"

You want to stay at the Marriott next to the football stadium if it has rooms available. The Graduate is in the vicinity of campus, but not exactly a short walk to the ballpark, which matters if you have any kind of weather delay. The Holiday Inn across the street from the football stadium would probably be my backup.

As far as where to sit, the A&M comps are down the first base line (section AA if I recall correctly). The whistlers (there are 2 of them) sit on the 3rd base side, so that's what you want to avoid.

What he said. There is a Fleming's steakhouse and PF chnag's right next to the Marriott if you are not a food snob.
We may check out Sinatra's Saturday night.
But it is hard to beat that Fleming's after a game.
