D1 Baseball has picked up the coverage several of these college tourneys (this weekend Frisco and Vegas). Have no idea of the quality since it requires a subscription but even if it FloSports quality you get all the other content of the site.

I wish we would work the service academies (and maybe even VMI or The Citadel) as a semi-regular part of our non-conference baseball schedule. More often then not they tend to be solid competition, probably would not ask for a return visit and pique the average fan's interest more than most of the schools we schedule.

I think playing Navy at Annapolis would be fun. They have a really nice field.

Both Annapolis and Colorado Springs would be great fan trips. Don't know enough about West Point to make that call not having the opportunity to visit that campus.

A man convicted of murder in the shooting death of the mother of a U.S. Naval Academy midshipman received two life sentences plus two 20-year sentences in an Anne Arundel

Angelo Harrod was found guilty of first-degree murder and conspiracy in the June 2021 shooting death of Michelle Cummings of Houston, Texas.

Harrod also was convicted of two counts of attempted first-degree murder for his role in the shooting that led to a stray bullet hitting Cummings outside an Annapolis hotel.
