Ingredients
2 oz. TX Blended Whiskey
1 Sugar Cube
3 Dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Garnish: Orange Peel

Directions

Add sugar cube and Angostura Aromatic Bitters to a glass and muddle gently.

Add Whiskey, stir, and add ice cube.

Garnish with an orange peel.

SPICY AVOCADO MARG

Ingredients
4 oz Desert Door Sotol
3 oz Triple Sec
3 oz Lime Juice
1/2 Avocado (pitted & peeled)
1 Jalapeno
1 tablespoon Cilantro
Halo del Santo garnish
2 Lime wedges

Directions

Add the avocado, Sotol, triple sec, juice, jalapeno, cilantro and ice to a blender and puree until smooth.

Garnish your glasses with Halo del Santo on the rim and pour into prepared glasses.

Ingredients
1 oz. Chile Liqueur
1 oz. Goodnight Loving Vodka
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
Ginger Beer

Directions

Add Chile Liqueur, Vodka, and cranberry juice to a glass over ice.

Top with Ginger Beer.

Add a cranberry juice floater for extra color and garnish with a dried lemon wheel.
