I can't bring myself to pull for Ole Miss just so there will be another team "enjoying" the basement jacuzzi with us and the Gators.

Think of more as the voice of despair, wooing its next victim into the sewer waters, rather than my personal wish. I'm really not enjoying it at all. And I hate that sippy gets lowly hippy tigers next weekend after a pretty great showing this weekend against the swamp tigers. Everything about this sucks.

They missed out on a regional last year for the first time since 2015 while going 12-17 in the Big 12. Their leading HR hitter (Gavin Kash) for the prior two years then decided to bail for greener pastures.

Beginning of the year, everyone including all publications, had our talent way above texas. #1 vs somewhere in the high teens/low 20's.

Even if talent level was misjudged, in no way are there talent at the top of the SEC and just beat a top 5 team this weekend. In no way should our talent be the bottom of the SEC.

There is much bigger issues for us than talent. Just as they have some other driving force other than just talent. What it is, I have no idea tbh.

Good talent + good coach = good results.
