I like this strategy for the pros, too. Taking out your "7th inning" guy to go to your "8th inning" guy is always a gamble when Mr. 7th inning was looking good.

This is why Presley is no longer an Astro.
I'd tell my relievers like him that you are one of the closers. Be prepared to pitch at least twice a week for two innings or more.
