I saw the guys with a golf putter in the dugout. Is this the new "thing"?

In the past we had the Pringles thing, the luggage cart thing, the slam dunk thing. It seems that there wasn't a "thing" for this year until the putter. First time I saw it was Saturday.

Standing by ......getting prepared for incoming b/c I call it a "thing"......

It's called a Bullseye putter, used a lot in the 80s. The most famous golfer I recall using it was Corey Pavin.

I had one for a few rounds and still remember the day that I retire the putter to the bottom of a pond.

They started it a couple weeks ago. Yesterday was just the first time commentators noticed.

You hit a home run, you putt. I THINK part of the reason for it was the Twitter/social media noise about how much time they spent golfing in the off season.
