For a number one ranked team and a SEC series. How pathetic.

Earley beat number 1 on the road and Hogs on the road. Two things Swinging Schloss never did. That makes me happy bc it means last years winning had more to do with other factors than Schloss.

#1 team in the nation going for the sweep of #8 on a Saturday afternoon and the stadium looked 75% full.

I feel like he wouldn't dare chastise their fans though. Haven't heard a peep from him all year about it and it's been a problem all season.

He couldn't mention it fast enough last year though when we had empty seats behind home plate on a Tuesday night game.

Agreed and he's a mercenary. He goes wherever they are willing to pay him more.

Weiner seems to be very ambitious in his career, I wonder if he'll jump at the first opportunity to be a HC or wait a few more seasons until a bigger job opens up and takes a chance on him.

Would also be curious if we finish out the year strong, if Earley having some success as a HC would eat at both his and Cain's egos a bit since they were higher on the pecking order than him in the assistant hierarchy.

I think Earley was the most expendable of the group. He was also the most respected by the players. I think we have the right guy where others at the start of the season did not think this. Now we are starting to see some more fire and energy from the guy. He got criticism and now comes credit. This is his team now, I don't a give **** about pos coach and that school. We have beaten two number 1 teams on the road, we have no reason to believe we can't win 2/3. I expect it.

lol. We owe everything to Schloss. He's the best coach in school history, a feat he accomplished year 1. Aggie Baseball is more popular today because of him. The only thing that matters is a National Championship, and unless Early wins one before him, he's still the best coach in college baseball as far as I can see.

This is pretty ignorant. Schloss has had almost two decades of elite level success and you think he'll be in trouble after losing a pitching coach who is in his second year of coaching college baseball?
