except both of those guys are the huge p****** because they never had to get in batters box and get hit. Clemons was the biggest mouth but only because he was safe in AL

I realize this isn't completely related, but at some point Mike is going to have to actually get tossed.

Multiple times there's been spots where he's gotten mouthy, but dude, get your money's worth and get tossed. You have a former HC as an assistant coach and he's your pitching coach. We'll be fine.

Yep, I remember back in the day, throwing at lead off batter immediately, to intimate the lineup. Rarely did it. But only some specific opponents.

BS on the field? Come to ur pitcher....throw at so and so.

It was a great part of the game in the late 80s and 90s when I played.

At the time did the umpires review the play or just talk about it? I don't see how you don't watch that replay and not toss the POS. Kash was no where in his way running through the base so not only had to turn inside the base as if he's rounding it on a hit and extend the arms. Any reasonable crew would toss his dumba** immediately.

Count the number of times in this series that Bear has been hit and tell me it's not on purpose. Same pitcher hit him twice.

For such an excellent pitching staff they seem to only have control problems when facing Bear, Sorrell, and Jace.

That clip of Gasparino deliberately running into Kash is a microcosm of tsip bullying behavior since their inception. They get away with it because of their "reach" and influence, which they have deliberately bought. It's obvious to anyone not connected to them and enraptured by their perfidy.

Back in the old days, players could settle this on the field, but if anything happens today, you can bet we'll get the worst of it for the umpires. There are some people who are so eaten up with rage at the sips that they don't care about the ramifications of starting something today, but we are trying to salvage our season and will need everyone available for LSU next week. If we were to bean Gasparino, knowing Schloss, they'd send a bunch of bench warmers out to scrap, and our position players in the field would join and get suspended. They could afford some suspensions. We can't. It sucks, but there is no way around it.
