And I've never said anything about NIL. I've said the people making 6, 7, and 8 figure salaries while coaching or making decisions at A&M need to be replaced

My take:

EK was not in the top 25 in ERA, strikeouts, hits allowed per 7 innings this year. She does have an opponent batting average of .204 but cant easily compare that to the other top pitchers without digging deeper.

I know there was lots of talk about the work she put in with her other pitches in the off season but the just don't compare to some of the other elite pitchers. Teams come out looking to swing at the fastballs so she has to hit her spots. If the strike zone is tight or she is not hitting her spots on the corners then she is in trouble. May be that she is not throwing her off speed enough or mixing it up.

Great pitcher for A&M no doubt but other teams prepared well for what she had and had a game plan.

Jace can't hit a cutter low and away, nor can he lay off it. He needs to learn to quit trying to pull everything for a home run. Slap that **** to left field all day long.
