What is the ideal timing for making a hire? If going for a high profile coach, many will still be the 16 playing after this weekend. The transfer portal closes July 1st. Do you wait in order to keep current players? Or do you go quick to allow new coach to bring in some players?

Ideal time for making a deal? Or ideal time for making the announcement? We can make a deal and do the announcement after the new guy's season is over. I wouldn't worry about players as much as making the right hire. Learn from our mistakes.

I'm in the keep him camp, but the Bucky hire and portal haul show you get the right guy (subjective I know) it might be ok to blow it up. root out the cheater influence.

I can't tell you if O'Connor has turned MSU down, but I have it from a good source that MSU offered him.

He could also mean economics won't drive the decision either way.

No coach we would want at this point is going to be paying attention for at least another month, so...

His biggest issue with UVA is NIL. They have shown an unwillingness to keep up with the times.

Yes, I stood up for Schloss prior to knowing the truth and prior to knowing what he did and his cheating on us. Just like several other people do in similar situations until they find out about the affair details. Since the truth has come out and facts known you also know where I have stood on him or you have been living under a rock.

The difference between you and me on this Trev thing. The facts are known yet, you still trash Trev on it. You blame the faithful spouse on the cheating spouses actions.

Like I said earlier, my post did NOT trash Trev. Go back and read it slowly and you'll see that your smart ass response was off the mark. Given your acknowledgement that you made numerous posts extolling the virtues of Schlossnagle on that fateful day, and were dead wrong, you might want to consider the tone of your responses to posts that disagree with you (even more so when they don't). Because you also could be wrong now.

As I already pointed out. My position at that time was on the information that I had. If I had the same position after the facts being known. You could say dead wrong. But it does not really work when I'm defending our head coach based on the known facts at that time.

I have made tons of post after knowing the facts not positive for Schloss. Please by all means. Go find all of those and post them.

The baseball world woke up the next morning after that interview the night before talking about Schloss leaving for tu. I got banned on here that morning for saying it too for some stupid reason, it was obvious he was gone after the way he acted the night before.

Trev is the biggest loser hires of all the losers we have hired. Our brass has a history of terrible hires.

Some thought it was bc he just lost the NC game. We were wrong on that one. I have said as such.

If you need to feel that it should have been obvious to everyone to justify your side and justifying you getting banned and justify you still being bothered by it. No worries mate. I will not lose any sleep on it.
