For anyone who was at the scrimmage against SHSU last week, was it crowded enough to make showing up with my family right at game time have seats or not? Will be leaving with Houston at 4-4:30 to get there and will have my 4 year old and my 7 month old, so I'd ideally like to have seats.

I got there at 4:30, there was already a long line at the gates, was pretty full by 7:00

Ags up 5-1 in Bottom of 9th. New lineup for the rest of scrimmage.
So on the TCU scrimmage thread, nobody at the game wants to provide an update on the…TCU scrimmage, you know, for us that couldn't be there?
Kendall has some tweets, but no score updates.
I couldn't make it, but I'm just following the premium thread and Brauny's updates. Ags up 7-1 now going to Bottom of the 10th
- Sorrel had a homer in the 1st inning along with an RBI groundout to first in the 4th inning
- Gavin had a shot off the wall in the 4th inning to score a run
- Royo had a nice single to left later on to score 2 runs
- We scored a couple more last inning after drawing some walks and putting the ball in play. Along with a wild pitch.
- Jake Duer looks as advertised in the 2 scrimmages. Good get out of the portal.
- Pitching has been impressive. Our upside is high in that category with the newer arms. Looks pretty good for not having Sdao and Stewy.

Ags beat the Frogs in the exhibition 8-4
Ags took advantage of the free passes and scored via hits, sac flies, walks. Only when the starters exited for the most part did you see TCU outhit us. If you had to critique anything it would be not enough hits and too many innings leaving runners on the bases and booking zeros instead.
Ags looked good. Very impressed with Sims in particular.
Any thoughts on where this team will be projected in the SEC?

Sims definitely looks the part of weekend starter. Lots of off balance swings. No one was picking up the spin on his pitches.
