Agreed. No hate at all to Will Fox.

Earley needed the experienced coach in place at a role he wasn't as familiar with, just as Fox needed a more experienced head coach to help him learn and grow into a bigger role.

I think too highly of A&M baseball to think it's a learn on the job type school.
