Any update on when tickets will be downloaded? The notice is in the app, but not the tickets.

I called the 12th man a day or two ago and they said they'll be sent to us sometime next week.

Any reason why May tickets aren't showing?

Only the first game will download to my Google wallet. Every game after just says first game already downloaded when I try to download. How is it that this app and downloading tickets consistently don't work? I have to uninstall and reinstall the app 20x per season just to get basic functionality, are we really this inept but going all in on 100% digital tickets?

I'm not having that problem.

My May games were there earlier, but not showing now. Weird.

Well for football this past year, I believe that once I downloaded the first game to my wallet, the rest automatically were added each week.

Correct, season tickets are all-in-1, so they will only show the next available game when added to your wallet. They'll automatically update to the next game within a few hours after a game ends.

As for tickets to games in May, "My Upcoming Events" currently shows tickets for events through the end of April. You can view all of your tickets by clicking "Transfer Tickets." If you do not see all of your tickets, please contact our office on Monday.

What about for a double header?

We'll provide specific instructions if/when we have a doubleheader. Will most likely be adding another ticket to your wallet for one of the doubleheader games.

i'm not seeing what's different with the new all-in-1; mine looks same as last year...i can see all my tickets through may in my 12th man app...all appear ready to add to apple wallet, sell on seatgeek and/or transfer to friends and family.

With the all-in-1, it will download the next games ticket after completion of a given game, so you don't have to download your tickets before every game.

The problem I had with this for football is that if you have parking too, that will pop up, and keep popping up as you approach the gate of the stadium, so I would have to remove the parking pass each time after I used it, or have to slow down the line to get in while I try to get the right pass to come up out of my wallet.

Mine are all in my account now.
