Earley said on TA Live this morning that both are trending in the right direction. No confirmation that either would play this weekend though.

Yea I think I heard this is a back issue for Hacopian and a hamstring for Wesley. Those can definitely be lingering issues if serious

I'm concerned about them at this point

Yeah. Backs and hamstrings are the types of injuries that can hang around for a long time or appear better and then get reaggrivated when you start playing again

Back is not a good issue to have for baseball. I cringed when Hacopian hurt it. I remember thinking to myself hoping it wasn't going to be an on-going problem. Do we know if that is when the injury originally occurred or if it was a re-injury?

I guess it would have happened in game 2 against Tenn Tech, I didn't watch that game all that closely after the first few innings for obvious reasons

I guess it would have happened in game 2 against Tenn Tech, I didn't watch that game all that closely after the first few innings for obvious reasons
I think it was his last at bat on the Sat game.. But he was at the plate and took an odd swing and then immediately bent over in pain. Not sure if was pre-existing or not but definitely hurt him pretty bad then.
