I don't understand the love FSU is receiving…. 3-6 in their last 9 and 0-4 vs SEC this year.
They drop 3 spots after an 0-4 week.

I think our ranking is about right. We need to win a road series against a good team. We have plenty of opportunity with LSU and UF coming up. Sip is ranked too high and I'm ok with that. Let them think they are better than they are. That's what got them beat by UTSA in the regional last year.

I guess we should be thankful??? esipntu blew the coverage Sat night, moved it to espn News? Does anybody choose to get their news from espn?? So bummed the game was cancelled yesterday. what an emotional froller coaster. piss on espn and tu!

I don't have a huge problem with the rankings. Go look at their RPI and Q1 wins vs ours. It's not only about the one series we played against them.

Florida is bipolar. They have some very good wins, 2-0 against Miami, swept Arkie in Arkie, swept a terrible South Carolina team, but got swept decisively at Bama, won 1 against Ole Miss, and took 2 of 3 at UGA. They also barely squeaked by High Point to salvage the final game of that series.

Florida can probably sweep anyone, but is about as likely to get swept.

- LSU - NR
- Florida - 20
- Auburn - 13
- Ole - 25
- State - 17

You can debate where Bama is NOW all day long but the fact is, they got swept at UK and at home vs. Ark. I don't like their chances in Austin this weekend, nor of taking more than a game at Tenn next weekend. Plus, they play a decent UAB team twice during that time.

They COULD be in the lower third of the SEC by the first of May. As I pointed out on another thread, there are several decent SEC teams that play fairly well at home but not so well on the road. Bama, Tenn, and t.u. are among those. Tenn. plays Bama and t.u. in Knox.
