Didn't love that pitching change at all. Gavin got us out of it, but when you have a bullpen with like 2 actual SEC relievers, I don't approve of taking out your starter at 74 pitches. That could hurt us during the rest of this series.

Yeah. Sdao wasn't pitching horribly but it was the right call. Lyons got their hottest hitter to hit a slow grounder, unfortunately, it was where we weren't.

Love ya, Marksman, but I have to disagree here. Time and time again, we've bitxhed about Earley not making the call early enough after giving up one too many hits/runs. I'm happy he decided to not take the chance and went to the pen.

Yep. If that had happened with him still in, then everybody would've said Early was a **** for not taking him out.
