Hacopian batting change

Did anyone notice Hacopian changed how he was holding the bat last night? He was holding it more upright rather than on his shoulder.

He had his best night hitting in quite a while w 2 hits and another one in the air for a change. His rbi hit the other way was a great ab and very clutch at the time.

Hopefully he's ok, that was scary for a moment. Maybe how he's holding the bat combined w the injury will get him rolling, kinda like Grahovac getting stepped on by mizzou.

If Hacopian got it going an already elite offense would be downright scary.

Yes. I was listening on the radio for the first half of the game and Andrew mentioned the new bat hold in each of his ABs.

I'm guessing he rotated his top hand slightly clockwise, which loosened his grip a tad and keeps him from turning over too soon. The bat position is probably where that grip feels most comfortable.
