I know this isn't technically Aggie Baseball related, but my baby girl was admitted to TAMUG today! She had a very different offer from TAMU main campus, so she decided to apply direct to Galveston.

She is so excited.

Her dream is to be an Aggie.

To make it baseball related, I'll post her picture from last weekend at the LSU series, on her Prom night. Yes, she wanted to go see A&M BTHO LSU rather than go to Prom.

Congrats and I'm sure she will enjoy it. My daughter graduated from TAMUG several years ago and loved it. It's grown a lot and I was impressed with it. My daughter had numerous chances to go to main campus but stayed there. Plus. The president there is a former student, class of 80, Corps of Cadets and Astronaut who flew the space shuttle. Great little campus there. And since it's part of the A&M system, her degree says TAMU not TAMUG

Our son graduated from there last May. He was a marine biology major from day 1 and it was a great fit for him. He loved his years at TAMUG!

One of my boys didn't get an offer from TAMU main campus...small private HS school grads don't have much of a prayer now a days.

Went to Galveston, made his grades, and after one year, was able to change majors and move to CStat.

He's graduating in 2 weeks and starting dental school! Whoop!
