That and pressing to carry the offense by himself for 2/3rds of the season.

Wilson is a tremendous talent with massive upside but calling him a "generational talent" is a bridge too far. He's got all the tools but still raw and as we've seen is vulnerable to the off speed pitches. Right now Partida is a more complete player with a bigger sample size and upper half of the first round tools/talent too.

As Coach Parcells once said, "put away the anointing oil" we haven't won anything yet.

Partida does all the little things right . That comes from playing lots of baseball , Jorian still has lots to learn ….. but he will get there . From listening to Early , Jorian accepts teaching really well and that is huge . Kid is going to be special ( he'll this whole freshman class is ).
