Why would call a game when you have time in the weekend to finish it. Doesn't that only apply to the last game of the series

The rules say they CAN call the game. So OU is convinced that means it should always be automatic and if A&M was leading the results would have been different. Dumb take.

If they've played 5 innings you can go back to the last completed inning. They do it a lot on Sunday baseball when the other team has to travel. They have a cut off time

6.18.4 During the regular season, if a game is both halted and regulation, regulation will take precedence assuming the reasonable efforts made to complete the game have failed.

I bolded the important part of the rule

They never miss a game, and they never miss a call. They are AGGIES to the core!

Our 8 runs were the most against OU since the Texas series last month, when the sip beat them 8-6 in extras off 12 hits.

It won't be easy but getting 1 more win will go a long way in improving our potential seed and being able to avoid Lubbock, Norman or Austin in a super.

Huge shoutout to the ladies for never giving up and using their bats to overcome a big deficit….hopefully we're able to look back and say this W is what propelled them to go far in the postseason. Still need to clean-up some things but overall a GREAT W!!

I don't think was close at all. It will be interesting to see if the catcher keeps pulling that crap or she actually learned something.

Amazed to hear that zero u was averaging 11 runs per game,
So they get 5 unearned runs and Wells goes hitless!

Amazed at the Ags comeback with 2 outs and 2 strikes on most of our key hits and rbi.
Our players must have been all ears this week listening to quit chasing balls out of the zone!

Got tired of listening to Beth Mullins slobbering all over the land thieves, and barely talking
about our Ags until she had to with the comeback. She needs to retire soon.

Wells showed her immaturity with her demeanor and facial expressions re a tough day and not
getting the home run record on her birthday.

Well I have been watching to see if any other catchers act like the OU catcher. No one even close does that act she does. All the rest actually frame the pitches. She's a nut job.

She is very "into herself"….not what a team player would be imo.

These announcers are pulling for ou

The commentators slobber all over ou and kendal wells, and are pretty silent when we're at bat.

I also have a problem with ou having the red tape on the catchers chest protector. It enables the pitcher to have a non-movable target to pitch to. No one else has this and it is an addition to their uniform.

It was figured out in the last game that there is a different stripe for each of their pitchers.

There shouldn't be any stripe allowed no matter who the pitcher is. It's an advantage.

Why do they not just give Maya an automatic pass?

It doesn't exist in college softball, you must throw all 4 pitches.

An intentional base on balls also is referred to as an intentional walk.

College has to throw the pitches. AUSL and Olympics they don't.
