Apparently not. Said it doesn't deliver to my address.

I have a friend in the liquor distribution industry. He found out last night they are going to start delivering groceries. I guess one of the many weird TX liquor laws says they cannot deliver anything but liquor. That law was lifted by Gov Abbott to help with this crisis. I guess what I'm saying is if anything supply of liquor might take a slight hit. Try not to panic.

New York City doesn't have enough ICU beds to treat people in a pandemic. I was shocked at the remarkably low number of hospital beds in general for a population that size. They must already be at pretty darn near capacity almost all the time.

You build a hospital for Sunday; not for Easter. Expensive land in NYC means that it's Sunday in July and not Sunday in December.

Well, I wasn't going to panic over the toilet paper or paper towels.

But THIS is different. I may have to make a run on Specs and Total Wine later this afternoon.

Texas's regulation of the beer/wine/spirits industry is ridiculously complex and ensures that we all pay higher prices and that the industry remains fragmented through various points in the value chain.
