I ask because it should be a perfect case study on a closed system. I'm sure smarter people have already asked and answered this, but I don't hear about that cruise ship anymore.

I have a friend whose brother and sister-in-law were on it and got sick. He didn't show symptoms. She got very, very sick with pneumonia and didn't get better until given HIV drugs.
