How are yall handling your housekeepers, etc? Ours comes every other Tuesday and I'm not sure what to tell her for the next time. Its pretty easy for us to keep the house clean right now but I don't want to pull the rug out from under her. I'm not sure what the risk is of having her and her helper(s) in the house for a few hours.

Pay her not to come? Still have her come and clean? Don't pay and cancel service?

We're paying ours not to come. She was super grateful and when she starts coming again she offered to just charge us for every other clean until we're "even. She has 5 employees and we love them all, so happy to help keep them afloat as long as we can afford it.

I had my housekeeper come this morning. I'm up at the office this morning (we're not in lockdown in Wichita Falls), but will probably go home this afternoon because it's really slow. She's had some other customers cancel, so I wanted to allow her to work as long as that's feasible.

Ours came last week and I'm assuming she'll come next week. House is big enough that we can stay pretty far apart while she's here. Plus, we've cut down the number of things we had her do. Usually she's here from 8 to 2:30. Last week she was here maybe half that time.

Every service that I use from housekeeping, to getting my hair cut - I am paying all of them to stay at home.

As long as we are still getting paid, we are paying ours not to come.

We cleaned as a family yesterday and feel like we have underpaid her for a while...it's hard work. Will continue to pay her not to come as long as we can...

Last week we had her clean, but just my daughter was home from A&M. I am now stuck working from home also and who knows what next week will look like. We will pay here for sure, but not worried about having her clean th problem is working here while she does.

Mine is using Lysol and gloves as she cleans, and we are all washing our hands before we eat. Good luck virus.

Ours is not cleaning at our house. We don't want to give her the cooties and she doesn't want to give us the cooties (you never know who has the virus). We're leaving her money (plus) on the front porch and she'll pick up at her convenience. She's only been with us >20 years!

From what I've seen about transmission, I think that's a very low order of probability if she's cleaning while I'm not hear. Beyond that, I'm single and live alone, so there's no one but me at risk.

Yeah, mine doesn't even speaka the English , so we're not really getting close though to talk . I always stay out of her way anyway, she's busy. I'll probably leave it up to her.
