Total hospitalizations and total fatalities - all causes.

Maybe total available patient care

Even if testing data was intended and reported accurately it is nearly meaningless in sample size.

Why is no one reporting these numbers?

Here's a likely place to start. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/deaths.htm

Not sure why you think those are the "only" useful stats, but go ahead and knock yourself out. Have fun.

The only data point I really care about is Deaths per capita or deaths per million vs time since first positive test. I think that is the only true comparison of the measures we are taking vs countries farther along the curve. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find it charted.

Here you go. The colors are kind of gross but it has the chart you requested

The most useful statistic would be a rolling test of individuals each day in different regions monitoring penetration of the virus into the general population.

for me new admits and % of beds full at the hospitals are the stats that concern me.

The CDC FluView website has mortality stats, including flu, pneumonia, and overall mortality. But, all mortality stats are reported by the states, so the data isn't always complete. When I looked last week, I think Week 8 was the most recent week with 100% reporting. I suspect it will lag more as states are overwhelmed with deaths. You can compare year to year by week or month and break it down by states and region.
