James Goodrich, one of the most renowned pediatric neurosurgeons in the world, died yesterday in New York from covid-19. He was the doctor who led the 2016 operation to separate twins who were conjoined at the head.

It doesnt say if he was fully practicing still or if he even picked it up at the hospital, but yeah, doctors 60+, practicing at any hospitals with Covid patients need to basically be wearing hazmat suits or staying home.

Sad loss for that community.
