A simple lab wash/squirt bottle sells for $ 7 on the internet. Fill it with warm water, use its angled head to flush the affected areas and wipe with old washcloth that can be in turn be laundered with bleach later. I would worry more about laundry bleach availability.

I feel like if the apocalypse hit, everyone would eventually carry a **** rag with them the same way people used to carry handkerchiefs for sneezing.

The Randall's I went to this morning actually had some TP. I felt like a little boy giddy with delight that he got a bicycle for Christmas that he wasn't expecting!
