Decontamination using radiation

How long do you want to ignore this user?
Would radiation be successful? I wonder how large public places that are still open currently decontaminate after hours? I imagine it's very labor intensive. Iridium is used in industrial application so it could be easily deployable by licensed people.

I would guess no. My wife is a radiation therapist and they are very concerned about their patients.

No, I don't think it makes sense, even if it is plausible, to trade a covid-19 acute infection for cancer. Besides, it's not a tissue growth, it's a virus within your own cells.

1% bleach solution is effective. Also accelerated hydrogen peroxide.

Yeah, never mind. This study back in the 70s showed inactivity of viruses with the use of gamma radiation after a 3 hour exposure. That would probably kill someone and wouldn't make sense as use to decontaminate.
