Ok cool guy.
I have slow cooked pork ribs, beef ribs, a whole chicken and pork loin on my barrel pit. I have also grilled burgers, chicken breast and salmon over charcoal. And just for you I have also grilled hot dogs, sausage and veggies over a gas grill.

My family is going to cause a popcorn shortage.
We used to do this as a family when I was a kid. We lived in Louisiana so we had french bread with a lot of different cajun/creole meals. When the leftovers were close to getting stale mom would buy a bunch of different pizza toppings and we'd get to make our own mini pizzas using the leftover bread and baking it in the oven until the cheese melted. Was always a family favoriteABATTBQ11 said:
It's actually not bad. Next time I'll try open faced and just make a pizza with bread

On the popcorn setting? Do you just monitor the pops and stop near the end? Add any oil? Kirkland bags are pretty good and cheap, but I like the idea of a big jar of it to pop.ol'Porkbelly said:PearlJammin said:How do you keep the bag closed?ol'Porkbelly said:oldschoolcat said:

Not sure if you a microwave popcorn person but if you buy bulk kernels you can pop them in a brown paper bag then add your own melted butter/salt afterwards. Much better tasting than the pre-bagged stuff, IMO, and one of those jars of kernels lasts much longer.
Just fold the top down a couple times. Every now and then you get a rogue kernel that pops out but no big deal. We eat a lot of popcorn and have tried all sorts of machines and such. Brown lunch sack in the microwave is our favorite method.

My wife made sour weed soup tonight, which was a first for me.
The first time I tried it, I really hated it. The flavors were overpowering. Back then, my sense of smell and taste was ultra sensitive.ABATTBQ11 said:

Other than that, I have cooked usually 6 of 7 nights a week so we really haven't changed our diet much at all. Trying to order out a couple of nights just to help the restaurants.
