I appreciate your work here, but from what I can gather there are just perhaps 100-150 potential donors in the entire state. Of those you are looking at perhaps 20 eligible once you screen for other risk factors and blood type. That could be aggressive, you could be looking for maybe like one or two people in total.

I mean there is the chance you get lucky, and maybe there is some outreach to those that have since recovered that their blood is needed. Maybe contact hospitals and see if you can see what outreach there is to chase down these individuals.

That's true now but every day there's more recoveries. No better time to start than now.
