We have seen an incredible slow down in admissions at both of my hospitals in NYC. Still diverting most people from Woodhull as we have no beds but at NY Met we're actually discharging a fair amount of our patients and the amount of new admissions are slowing down. Will likely be able to shut down one of our makeshift ICUs by the end of the week and hopefully over the next 1-2 weeks the other makeshift ICU can close and we can reclaim a lot of those beds for regular patients.

We are seeing a lot of admissions now for non-covid related issues as people reach the limit of time they can make it staying out of the hospital. We're hoping to hold it off a little more as we still are really struggling to have any "clean" areas. Still not really near enough PPE but the rationing is much better, I'm able to at least get a new mask every day now.

I declared my 100th COVID19 death today between the two states I've been in, for my mental health I need this to slow down quickly and give us some relief.
