Now that the Prez has announced that reopening schedules will be dictated by the states, phase 1 is we have to show declining case numbers for 15 days.

What's the best site you have found to track Texas case activity ? Is Texas on the decline? I didn't think we were.

Texas will likely be reopened on a county/region basis rather than statewide.

Was it declining case numbers or declining new case numbers?
