I was around a friend two days ago for two hours whose daughter tested positive a couple of hours ago. He's going to go get tested now.

Are they recommending everybody that was around somebody that tests positive to get tested or only if you have symptoms? Just because you tested negative at some point doesn't mean that the incubation period hadn't happened yet and you wouldn't still test positive in the future even without symptoms right?

Everyone is different, but that said, here's my story.

I was was exposed to two people who tested positive. but I was asymptomatic for a couple of days. Nevertheless, I was tested twice, and on both occasions I was negative. After those tests, I became symptomatic, and on the third test I was positive. What is symptomatic? For me, it was my temperature. Just my NON-MEDICAL opinion. Check your temperature every day. If it spikes (in my case it was 99.4, and I'm normally 98.4), I'd suggest you get tested. Again, this is just my opinion.

Please correct this but I remember Dr. Rev saying Target five days after you think you got exposed.
