I've never considered myself one but ever since my first known exposure a month ago, I wake up every morning micro analyzing every little sensation wondering if its a symptom. Given my age, health history, and blood type, I know the flu is deadlier for me than this. And I have seen all the statistics that others have posted on this board that should give me more confidence but the cycle remains. So just looking for some legitimate advice on how you all are handling your anxieties.
