I wish you nothing but the best, but prepare yourself for the honeymoon to end when the students return. Place is very different for real grownups to live when the students are there in force.

Which is a silly reason to move, IMHO. If you lose your job, you may not be able to find a new one that allows for such flexibility. Then you are in the middle of no where where there are no jobs. Maybe I am being overly pessimistic, but it seems short sighted considering we are going to beat this thing or have to learn to live with it by the beginning of next year.

LIke someone said earlier, it is not the only reason to move. For many the SJW war going on and the collapse of city governments and law and order is a bigger and much more legitimate reason.

I moved out of DFW six years ago and you would have to pay me a LOT of money to ever live in a big city again.
