Haven't seen this discussed anywhere. Interesting choice.

That same paper also talks about emerging evidence that supports universal masking and goes so far as to recommend governments should encourage mask wearing by the general public.badbilly said:

Yes it does, but that still doesn't change the facts that no studies have been done to evaluate the effectiveness or potential ADVERSE effects of the mask. We have the means to treat Covid, but it must be done early. Rapid test results are necessary. Anecdotal evidence, I got Covid wearing a mask and probably many others have since the mask mandate went into effect. It's anecdotal but as the WHO says it's "observational evidence" that masks won't save us and possibly cause other adverse conditions.nai06 said:That same paper also talks about emerging evidence that supports universal masking and goes so far as to recommend governments should encourage mask wearing by the general public.badbilly said:

"However, taking into account the available studies evaluating pre- and asymptomatic transmission, a growing compendium of observational evidence on the use of masks by the general public in several countries, individual values and preferences, as well as the difficulty of physical distancing in many contexts, WHO has updated its guidance to advise that to prevent COVID-19 transmission effectively in areas of community transmission, governments should encourage the general public to wear masks in specific situations and settings as part of a comprehensive approach to suppress SARS-CoV-2 transmission (Table 2)."

They seem to have a problem with them slipping when they talk or with sweat. Constantly repositioning them. Otherwise looks comfortable though. Still can't figure out the mesh.
