Should I be taking the Covid vitamin cocktail (Multi-vit, Zinc, Quercetin, Vit D, CoQ10, NAC, & Vit C) daily as a preventative regimen or wait until I actually get Covid and then start taking them? I have been taking them for several months now and just wondering if it's bad to be on them long term?

It's not a preventative, you can still get Covid. Me personally, I'm keeping stockpiled, and as soon as I feel like I'm getting sick, I'll start taking them, otherwise, it's just expensive pee. I wouldn't wait until a positive test. This is just immune boosters, so it'll help with colds and the flu as well. The only one I'm taking all the time is vitamin D as most people are deficient.

Search Reveille's post on Facebook, this has been asked a few times but I do not remember the specifics on everything.

Take it daily. No risk and potential reward. By the time you get symptoms from COVID infection it has already been brewing for 3-5 days so the benefit is having your immune system optimized pre-exposure which will hopefully limit the ability of COVID to get to your lungs.

There is no conclusive evidence that this is true but the majority of data, especially with vitamin D, supports getting the level pretty high which takes either a massive weekly dose or a more reasonable daily dose.

.........and what would you suggest is is "a more reasonable daily dose" (i.e. safe) for the OP's list of supplements?

Is that dosage to raise Vit D blood level, or just for maintenance?

Is there an ideal adult male Vit D target blood level?

2500 daily will slowly raise it, 5000 more quickly but there is no formula I am aware to figure out how fast. Overall Vitamin D is safe orally only risk is upset stomach and increased risk of kidney stones in very large doses.

Closer to 50 you can get the better. Most of the studies support >30 seems to help decrease severe COVID risk.
