In other words, do you still need to wear a mask, distance, etc.?

I am referring specifically to Boris Johnson, the UK Prime Minister, who has had the virus and recovered. Still he is going into a 14 day isolation because he came into contact with someone who tested positive. I presume these are UK rules.

Would this be the same action in other locations in the US?

CDC says you get 90 days of not having to retest or quarantine if you don't show symptoms. After 90 days you are subject to all the same rules as someone not previously positive.
