This is cool but I think there may be a few limitations. 1 in-vitro is good but in practice has its limitations. To be effective wouldn't you have to essentially know when you were exposed and rinse your mouth pretty soon after? I only see it useful after a dinner party or larger indoor social gathering where the odds were higher you had been exposed.

It'll be like the late 90s again where people were getting their tongues pierced and walking around with a bottle of Listerine.
