Have there been any indication of issues if a woman who is hospitalized for covid-19 is found to be pregnant?

One young woman in her 30s who I know was hospitalized for covid-19. She didn't know that she was pregnant until the hospital told her after she had been admitted.

My best friend has a coworker that contracted COVID during her pregnancy and then had a stillbirth shortly after at 20 weeks gestation. There is no way to know if the virus had any impact on the pregnancy, but she is blaming herself.
