Was tested positive yesterday. Mild symptoms so far. Ordered the D3 and zinc pills to start today, and doc gave me a z-pack and inhaler scrip I will have filled today.

diarrhea, headaches, low grade fever that is off and on, some body aches. Woke up today and feel chest congestion.

What is best course of action to start breaking up that chest congestion? Normally with chest congestion I take a mucinex D and let it break it all up.

When I had it this summer I took a lot of hot showers and just stood there sucking the steam. That seemed to help. Also went for walks outside every day (isolated from other people.)
