Nope. Not that they've communicated at least. There is a registration site but no word on a hub to my knowledge.

The strategy is shifting to hub sites for 1a/b until the pharmacies can get their **** together for 2a. Collin county knew this was the play as recently as 12/30. This is on them. Or they felt they didn't have enough 1b demand to hub up.

Next week will be hubs again. They need to find a spot to do this.
