I had it, and while I didn't completely isolate from my son, we did try to avoid each other.
But we both used the kitchen and didn't wear masks at home. He didn't get it.
If you search for something like CDC protocol, it's going to be something like she stays in her room, completely isolated, for 10 days from onset of symptoms. No contact. If she has to come out, stay 6 feet apart and wear masks.
No one is forcing you to to do that though. Evaluate your personal risk and do what you think is best for all three of you.
Check with your employer to see what their restrictions are regarding returning to work. They may tell you to quarantine for 10 or 14 days after last contact with her.
