The new "strain" and mask push guarantees I won't see my Grandparents for another year.

Both have been fully vaccinated but are still not going to go anywhere due to poor public messaging.

It really sucks.

So you're saying he's right.

Masks, like all NPI mandatory measures, don't impact the spread in a statistically significant manner. It's a shame people are still afraid to go outside without a covering over their nose/mouth.
