Thought it was posted but I can't find it. What cocktail should you continue to take daily after the vaccine or after Covid? I know most of the stuff does not hurt to keep taking but a few friends are stretching their budgets with the supplements

He said it is fine to just go to a multivitamin, and possibly a baby aspirin to help with clots for a few months. No need to resume for at least 90 days (someone asked when to resume).

Anecdotal and probably would have been fine and mild anyway, but my family was taking a multivitamin (which included 125% vitamin D) and a C/zinc combo chewy vitamin. 3 of 4 of us in the house caught it, but all symptoms very mild. 2 of 3 developed no respiratory symptoms at all. I did have a minor cough but it was from sinus drainage. O2 never went below 96-97.

Obviously, being in good health is the biggest factor in outcomes and a vitamin is not going to fix that, but in particular, I think making sure your vitamin D is in good shape is very helpful

I asked this question in the sticky-thread up top.

Rev said, "Most of my patients have had antibodies till about 6 months. I would think it would be very unlikely to get sick again in under 6 months and if you did it would most likely be minimal as you should still have a significant immune response to the virus. Thus, the supplements are probably not necessary again yet. You might take them for a week if you get exposed or do some high risk activities but for the most part you should be ok."

I tend to think memory T cells are going to help provide immunity for a long, long time for most, well after antibodies are nondetectable

He actually said six months. My opinion is immunity will last years.
