It's important to not take acetaminophen and drink at the same time. Puts unneeded stress on the liver
Just to be safe, I won't take acetaminophen/tylenol and alcohol within 24 hours of each other, not even at Holy Communion. That may be overdoing it, but it doesn't seem that unreasonable.Fido04 said:

Got my Shot Friday at 5:30. Very mild headache starting about 10:00 A.M. Saturday in addition to my neck and back muscles being a little tight. A little soreness on my left shoulder where I received the injection. All good now. Overall, the side effects were very mild.
I'm a 40 year old male in decent shape.

Random question, is it ok to workout after being vaccinated? Have an appointment scheduled to get the J&J vaccine Wednesday am. My training schedule has an hour swim during lunch and then running 12 miles that afternoon

Got mine at 10am this morning. Immediately my arm was hot and burning where she stuck me. I thought oh crap, this is gonna suck but after a couple of minutes felt fine. Arm is sore now but not bad. Have had an annoying little headache most of the day and generally feeling tired but I don't feel "sick" by any means. I think I'll sleep great tonight.
Update: about an hour after my initial post I started having chills and ran a low grade fever of 99 for a few hours. Fever broke around 11 and slept through the night. No fever this morning just tired.
