Beat the hell outta Bama!
Only two SEC matches were played tonight. We beat South Carolina and the sips swept Georgia. Everyone else played Friday/Sunday. We will travel back to Alabama and take on the tide Sunday at 2! Get back home, recover, then get ready to go 4-0 before a huge top ten match at home against Kentucky!

About what i expected
SC always plays us tough for at least part of the matches both home and away and Hellmuth could not swing around the block for a time period to be effective
Stowers and Lednicky are going to get their points and they are going to have errors because they are terminal attackers
Interesting for a couple of the longer rallies we had Stowers i think hitting fron RB on a couple of back row attacks and I think Lednicky was in MB
waiting to see the box score of the game to see if what I saw watching from the third set on matches with the stats
We needs these type of matches...opponent playing tough...some tight sets...but end with a win.
Take it to Bama this weekend and get ready for a huge match Wednesday against Kentucky
Because the final part of the SEC schedule isnt going to be easy
Edit Box score showed 14 missed serves but it didnt seem like that many from the naked eye. 14 blocks but most were seemingly at critical times to expand the lead
and ESPN should never have a zoom call now that Covid is "over" for that stuff I dont know what happened there but that was a horrid broadcast that looked like a last minute thing...glad i shut off the commentary and listen to Gin Blossoms/Better Than Ezra in the background while watching...it made the match better

Yeah there is no way the SEC Network should let a prime time televised game be broadcasted that way… two different audio settings and Logan Eggleston who seemed way too disinterested to call an Aggie game

I'd rather just,have the local homer announcers call the game live. A sip on zoom call is BS

Really bad coming out of the last review. Very obvious the male announcer wasn't really paying attention. He obviously looks at the broadcast and sees in bounds (original call) and 23 points for the Aggies and announces the result as in bounds and Ags have two points to go. Then the score updates and he has to correct to set point Ags. Not sure he ever figured out that the original call of in bounds was overturned to out of bounds.

Not sure a sip would be part of the SC local crew.
She announced some games for the longhorns last year on their local broadcast and it was night and day. She just showed zero enthusiasm or interest calling a non-longhorn game. It felt really awkward. Or her and her male counterpart have never once interacted with each other till the first serve lol. Nothing she said flowed, at first it felt like pre recorded statements lol
I couldn't help thinking they couldn't find somebody else for color commentary? I turned down the volume and watched the action.

They saw it was on a network without the "+" and assumed it meant the longhorn network. Further proof that the sips add nothing.

It did seem like she was on Zoom rather than on professional equipment.
Anyway, good road win for the ladies.

Seemed like during the summer and early in the season, she was really trying to find a stronger serve. Kind of falling apart now and probably in her head. She'll figure it out.
Interesting that Waak had a lot of errors this game as well.
